摘要
物料拣选是物流自动化应用的重要操作环节,物料拣选系统的设计与实现主要采用可编程逻辑控制器来承担程序控制任务,综合应用变频器、电磁、触摸屏等相关器件和技术。子系统采用模块化单元设计,以实现不同的系统设计功能。文章在对物流自动化技术应用物料拣选系统功能需求的基础上,提出了采用可编程逻辑控制器的总体自动化控制系统设计方案,目的是让控制与机械传动两部分合理衔接适配,达到控制精度高、使用简便的效果,有效实现物料的自动化、智能化拣选。实验结果可得,系统总体运行稳定,状况良好,物料拣选及数据统计分析正确,达到了先期设计要求。
Material sorting is an important operation link in the application of logistics automation. The design and Realization of material sorting system mainly adopt PLC to undertake the program control task, and apply the related devices and technologies of frequency converter, electromagnetic, touch screen and so on. The subsystem uses modular unit design to achieve different system design functions. On the basis of the functional requirement of material picking system applied to logistics automation technology, the design scheme of the overall automation control system with PLC is proposed. The purpose is to make the two parts of the control and mechanical transmission properly fit together, to achieve high control precision and easy to use effect, and to effectively realize the material. Automatic and intelligent picking. The experimental results show that the system is stable and in good condition, and the material selection and data statistics and analysis are correct.
