档案具有传承和传播文化的功能,有着为人民群众提供公共文化服务的任务和责任,要通过提高档案文化传播的效率来提升档案公共文化服务的质量。要充分发挥档案管理者作为主体的主动性,丰富档案文化信息传播的方式,增强档案信息提供与档案信息需求之间的针对性、适应性和适用性。要充分利用好档案的文化信息资源,让更多的群众在档案提供的公共文化服务中获益,让档案真正成为弘扬中华优秀传统文化,继承革命文化,发展社会主义先进文化,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的有效资源。
Archive has the function of cultural inheritance and dissemination and the obligation of providing public cultural service to the people. The efficiency of archive cultural communication should be enhanced in order to improve the public cultural service. Archive managers need to play a more active part. There need to be diverse ways of archive culture communication. Archive information provision needs to better target, adapt and fit the demand. Archive information resources should be fully utilized and the audience range of archive cultural communication should be expanded. By doing so, more people can benefit from archive-related public cultural service. Archive will be assets resources to promote Chinese traditional culture, inherit revolutionary culture, develop advanced socialist culture and cultivate, and carry out core socialist values.
