摘要
目的探究健康教育在小儿肺炎护理中的应用价值。方法选择本院自2016年10月～2017年10月收治的90例小儿肺炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组45例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予常规护理+健康教育,比较两组患儿家属护理前后对肺炎知识的知晓度评分、患儿咳嗽消退时间、住院时间、护理的总有效率及家属对护理的总满意率。结果健康教育干预前,两组患儿家属对肺炎知识的知晓度评分对比无显著差异(P> 0.05),健康教育干预后,研究组患儿家属对肺炎知识的知晓度评分、护理的总满意率以及患儿护理的总有效率明显高于对照组;研究组患儿咳嗽消退时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P <0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎护理中增加健康教育干预,有助于提升患儿家属对肺炎护理知识的知晓率,从而能够辅助促进患儿康复,进而能够缩短患儿恢复周期和提升家属对护理工作的满意率。
Objective To explore the application value of health education in the nursing of pneumonia in children. Methods 90 cases of pediatric patients with pneumonia in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 as the object of study, were randomly divided into control group and study group, 45 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, study group were given routine nursing and health education, two groups were compared before and after the nursing home is pneumonia knowledge score, cough disappearance time, hospitalization time, nursing care of the total efficiency and the families of the nursing total satisfaction rate. Results Before treatment, the families of children in two groups had no significant difference on the scores of knowledge awareness contrast pneumonia （P 〉 0.05）, nursing, research group of families of children with pneumonia knowledge score, nursing satisfaction rate and nursing care of children with the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, the study group of children with cough disappeared time, hospitalization the time was shorter than the control group, significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The increase of health education intervention in pediatric pneumonia care is helpful to improve the awareness rate of family members＇ knowledge about pneumonia, so that it can help children to recover, and then shorten the recovery cycle and improve the satisfaction rate of family members.
