摘要
通过对高校设备管理中所存在相关问题的分析,阐明了全生命周期管理模式应用于高校设备管理中的优越性以及相关的应用要点,从而有效解决高校设备管理系统之间协作的相关问题,同时还应当进一步重视对学校相关管理机制的完善创新,研究能够提升设备使用效率的管理模式。
This paper explains the superiority and relevant factors of the application of the whole life cycle management mode in facility management of colleges and universities, through the analysis of the existing problems in facility management of colleges and universities. It aims to solve the related problems in the cooperation among facility management of colleges and universities. Meanwhile, it should emphasis on the innovation of management system in the campus and create a management mode that can promote the utility of facilities.
