摘要
中国是历史悠久的文明古国,自古就被誉为"礼仪之邦"。然而,随着中国经济的高速增长,能力本位的教育教学导向导致大学生重视对知识技能的学习,而忽视对文化灵魂的学习。中国传统的礼仪文化逐渐在教育中出现了断层和缺失,进而使中国人的文明和礼仪教育受到了进一步的冲击,甚至是失序状态。面对这一形式,中央重大国策提出要全面复兴中国传统文化。本文通过对高校教师和大学生进行抽样调查,了解和掌握其对中国礼仪文化的践行及接纳程度,通过问卷的整理和统计,提出高校人才价值培养模式及路径的探索,希望能够为高校人才素质培养具有一定的借鉴意义。
China is an ancient state with a long history in civilization, which has been honored as ＂state of etiquette＂ since then. However, with the rapid growth of its economy, the ability-based orientation for education and instruction has led university students to pay over much attention to their study of knowledge and skills while neglecting the study of fundamental culture. The Chinese traditional etiquette culture has gradually disappeared or been missed in education, which further impaires the Chinese civilization and etiquette education, even leads to the disordered situation. Facing this situation, the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee proposed major national policy to comprehensively rejuvenate traditional Chinese culture. This article, through a sample survey to university teachers and college students, pursues to understand and master their practice and acceptancy of Chinese ritual culture. And, through the question- naires and statistics, it puts forward a college training mode for personnel value and a path for further exploration, hoping to be helpful to the cultivation to university student personnel quality.
