摘要
为了摆脱长输天然气管道燃气轮机的国外垄断,提升国家大型装备制造水平。中国石油西气东输管道公司联合中船重工第703研究所和哈尔滨汽轮机厂有限责任公司一起,共同开展了30MW级管道燃气轮机的国产化试制工作。在各参与试制单位的共同努力下,取得了阶段性成果。首台试制的CGT25D管道燃气轮机通过了国家能源局和中国机械联合会组织的出厂鉴定,并在西气东输管道三线的烟墩压气站现场安装投产,到目前已经正常运行了3 347h。本文将简要介绍30MW级管道燃气轮机的国产化试制情况。
In order to improve the country s large equipment manufacturing level and get rid of the foreign monopoly of gas turbine for long-distance gas pipeline. WEGPC united the 703th research institute of CSIC with Harbin steam turbine factory Co. Ltd. to carry out the localization manufacture of 30MW level gas turbine for lone-distance gas pipeline. Under the joint efforts of participating units, the periodic results have been achieved, the first CGT25D gas turbine has been identified by the national energy bureau and China mechanical federation, and put into production at Yandun station in WEPP Ⅲ. So far, it has run 3 347 h. There is a briefly introduction of the CGT25D gas turbine in this paper.
