摘要
为了研究舰载导弹固体发动机冷弹射点火失败后跌落的安全性问题,采用推进剂的点火增长模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件计算发动机垂直跌落过程。结果表明,发动机的尾部、壳体和装药的应力均很大,有产生破坏的风险,推进剂的温升较小,不会发生点火反应,但其应变较大,存在产生大变形破坏的可能性。
In order to study the safety of shipborne missile solid rocket motor (SSM) dropping after failure of cold ejection ignition, the ignition growth model of propellant was used to calculate the vertical dropping process of SSM using ANSYS/ LS-DYNA software. The results show that the stresses in the tail, shell and charge of the engine are very large, and there is a risk of damage. The temperature rise of the propellant is small, and there is no ignition reaction, but the strain is large, and there is a possibility of large deformation damage.
