摘要
介绍年产60万吨煤制甲醇装置工艺冷凝液系统因温度较高而无法有效回收的问题,通过对工艺冷凝液系统温度超标进行原因分析,提出合理的改造措施,工艺冷凝液得到有效回收利用,取得良好的经济与社会效益。
The process condensate system of the Huating coal to methanol plant with capacity of 600 kt/a has been unable to be recovered effectively for a long time clue to its high temperature. This paper analyzed of the reasons of overtemperature of the process condensate system, put forward some reasonable reformation measures to recycle the process condensate effectively. Good economic and social benefit was achieved.
