摘要
新疆是多民族聚居地区,新疆高校大学生民族构成丰富,研究新疆高校少数民族大学生族际交往问题利于高校学生管理工作,同时具有广泛的社会意义。研究通过对新疆4所高校进行问卷和访谈调查,分析少数民族大学生族际交往情况,结论如下:新疆高校少数民族大学生普遍具有族际交往的意愿;族际交往认知和语言能力是族际交往的影响因素;族际交往整体和谐,但呈现表面化、层次不深的特点;族际交往成就一般,语言及文化差异是交往成就的影响因素。
Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic area. The college students in Xinjiang are rich in ethnic groups. The study of ethnic interaction among ethnic college students in Xinjiang is conducive to the management of college students and has a wide range of social significance. Through questionnaire and interview investigation in four universities in Xinjiang, this paper analyzes the situation of ethnic communication among ethnic college students. The conclusion is as follows： firstly, ethnic college students in Xinjiang generally have the desire to undertake interracial communication; secondly, interethnic communication cognition and language ability are the influencing factors of inter-ethnic communication;thirdly, interethnic communication is harmonious in genral, but it is characterized by superficiality and shallow level;fourthly, interethnic communication is a common achievement, and language and cultural differences are the influencing factors of the communication achievements.
