摘要
非圆曲线的加工一直是数控铣削加工的一个热点,尤其在一些职业技能大赛的考题中十分常见。本文以非圆曲线的一种——阿基米德螺线的槽加工为例,详细阐述了根据已知数据建立阿基米德螺线方程式和编程的方法,最后通过加工来验证其正确性。
The processing of non-circular curves has always been a hot spot in NC milling,especially in some vo-cational skills competitions. In this paper,the Archimedes spiral groove machining of a non circular curve is takenas an example. The formula and programming method of Archimedes's spiral are set up in detail according to theknown data. Finally,the correctness of the formula is verified by processing.
