摘要
后桥油管气密性检测站采用LS-1863X型COSMO检测仪器检测产品气密性,同时通过可编程控制器PLC的I/O接口实现外部控制,提高泄漏的检测能力,实现检查工位的自动化,并把产品的实时监测数据在工控一体机上动态显示记录下来。本文就后桥油管气密性检测站的电气设计进行阐述研究。
Rear axle oil pipe airtightness testing station detect the product airtightness by LS-1863X COSMO de-tector,and external control is realized through I/O interface of programmable controller PLC.The testing station Im-proving the detection ability of spillage, realize the automation of the inspection station,display and record the re-al-time monitoring data of the product on the IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) . In this paper,the electrical de-sign of the rear axle oil pipe airtightness testing station is expounded and studied.
