摘要
研究10%苯醚菌酯悬浮剂对刺梨白粉病菌(Sphaerotheca sp.)孢子萌发的影响及田间防治效果。结果表明,10%苯醚菌酯悬浮剂各质量浓度处理对刺梨白粉病菌孢子萌发具有显著的抑制作用,且对刺梨白粉病具有良好的防治效果。10%苯醚菌酯悬浮剂66.67 mg/L处理对刺梨白粉病的防治效果最好且刺梨产量最高,药后7 d、14 d的防效分别为85.34%、94.25%,刺梨产量为7 432 kg/hm^2,增产率达399.78%。苯醚菌酯是防控刺梨白粉病的有效药剂,可有效控制白粉病的发生危害。
The influence of ZJ0712 10% SC on the spore germination ofSphaerotheca sp. in Rosa roxburghii Tratt was determined, and the control effects on Sphaerotheca sp. were studied. The results showed that ZJ0712 10% SC had strong inhibition on spore germination of Sphaerotheca sp.. And ZJ0712 10% SC 66.67 mg/L had good control effects, with the efficacies of 85.34% and 94.25% on the 7th and the 14th day after spraying. The yield was 7 432 kg/hm2, the increase rate was higher than the increase rates oftriadimefon 20% EC and myclobutanil 25% EC. ZJ0712 is an effective fungicide for control of Sphaerotheca sp in Rosa roxburghii Tratt.
