摘要
考察折点加氯技术对农药生产企业废水中氨氮的去除效果,并分析各种因素对折点加氯技术处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,折点加氯技术对氨氮质量浓度小于100 mg/L的废水处理效果较好。当m(Cl2)︰m(N)=8.2︰1.0,反应体系pH值为7,反应时间为30 min时,折点加氯技术对氨氮处理效果较好,处理后氨氮的质量浓度降至20 mg/L,氨氮去除率达到80%。
In this paper, the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen was studied by breakpoint chlorination method. The treatment results and affecting factors on ammonia nitrogen were analyzed. The results showed that the technology of breakpoint chlorination was suitable for ammonia nitrogen wastewater with the concentration less than 100 mg/L. When the concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 100 mg/L, the optimum conditions were determined with the re(C12) : re(N) of 8.2 : 1.0, the pH value of 7, and the reaction time of 30 min. After treatment, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen was reduced to 20 mg/L, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached 80%.
