摘要
为填补国内塑料专用型二氧化钛产品空白,解决其在塑料型材中的耐候性和加工性问题,以硅酸钠为分散剂,用化学液相沉积法对氯化法金红石型二氧化钛粗品进行硅铝无机包膜,然后再对其进行特殊的有机表面处理。分别采用正交试验和单因子试验研究了无机包膜过程中二氧化钛的分散、包膜pH、包膜温度、反应时间、熟化时间及处理剂加入量等条件对产品酸溶性和滤饼触变性的影响,确定了塑料型材专用型钛白产品的最佳包膜工艺,采用此最佳工艺制备的产品,其应用性能已达到国外同类产品水平,可替代进口产品。
In order to fill the blank of domestic plastic profile-specific titanium dioxide products and solve its problem of weatherability and process ability in plastic profiles. The chlorinated rutile titanium dioxide was coated with a silicon- aluminum inorganic coating by a chemical liquid deposition method using sodium silicate as the dispersant, and then the product was treated by special organic surface treatment agent. The effects of dispersion of titanium dioxide, coating pH, coating temperature, reaction time, aging time and dosage of treatment agent on the acid solubility of product and the thixotropic of filter cake were studied by orthogonal and single factor experiments respectively. The optimum coating process of the titanium dioxide for plastic profiles was determined. The product prepared by similar foreign products, and can replace imported products. this best process have reached the level of
