摘要
战后日本产业界强烈呼吁和深度介入应用型高等教育改革是日本高等教育发展的一个鲜明特色,也是日本产学合作成功的关键因素。在产业转型发展的背景下,要求应用型高等教育培养更多更优秀的技术创新与技术应用人才支撑产业发展,提高生产效率和产品国际竞争力,是日本产业界的发展理念。批评高等教育脱离产业发展、建议设立应用型高校,调整专业与课程设置,推动产学合作,参与制定教育改革政策是日本产业谋求发展的战略选择。
After the WWII,Japanese industries strongly appealed and heavily involved in applied higher education reform,which is a distinctive characteristics during the development of Japan＇s higher education and the key factor to the success in the industry-academy cooperation. Under the background of industrial transformation and development,it is required that applied higher education cultivate more excellent talents on technical innovation and technical application in order to support industrial development and enhance productivity and international competitiveness,which is the idea of development in Japanese industries. To seek development,there are several strategic options： to criticize higher education for its separation from industrial development,to suggest setting up applied universities,to adjust the majors and curriculum designs,to promote the industry-academy cooperation,to participate in making the policies about the educational reform.
