摘要
纪录片《舌尖上的中国》(以下简称《舌尖》)以其具有鲜明主题和诗性叙事的表现方法,为观众呈现了中国几千年的饮食文化的奥秘,传递着人和食物的奇妙联系及密不可分的情感,探索人与食物亦是探寻生命奥义的过程。论文从诗性叙事的角度入手,来探析这部优秀的美食文化纪录片。
The documentary ＂A Bite of China＂ presents the mystery of Chinese food culture for thousands ofyears with its distinctive theme and poetic narrative method of expression, it transfers the wonderful connection between human beings and food and their inextricable emotions. Exploring human beings and food is also aprocess of exploring the meaning of life. From the perspective of poetic narration, this paper analyzes this excellent documentary of food culture.
