摘要
以民机空调系统为对象,根据飞机飞行记录仪中所采集的与空调系统相关的QAR数据,利用逻辑回归模型对设备运行状态的退化情况进行评估,将系统的运行状态划分为健康、亚健康、异常与故障四个退化状态,实现系统关键部件的健康评估与异常监测。借助实际QAR数据,对方法进行了验证,表明评估曲线能较好的反应系统关键部件退化情况,通过合理的报警阈值设置,可以在系统故障前检测到异常,为航空公司合理安排维修计划、减少非计划维修提供了技术支持。
With civil aircraft Air Conditioning System( ACS) as the object,according to the QAR data related to the air-conditioning system collected in the aircraft flight recorder,Propose using Logistic regression to assess the machine running condition,and the operating status of the system is divided into health,sub-health,abnormalities and failures of the four degraded state,achieve the health assessment and abnormal monitoring of key components of the system. The method is validated by the actual QAR data. The results show that the evaluation curve can better reflect the degradation of the key components of the system. By setting a reasonable alarm threshold,anomalies can be detected before the system failure,Arrange maintenance plans to reduce unplanned maintenance provided technical support.
