摘要
蒲石河抽水蓄能电站2号机在2017年6月6日C修时发现,导叶存在上浮现象,部分导叶与顶盖抗磨板产生研伤,部分导叶上下端面间隙不满足要求,通过对4、5、6、9、10、19号导叶止推装置的拆解及现场的查看分析,已判断出问题产生的原因并制定出所要采取的处理方案,被研磨导叶、顶盖抗磨板及止推装置处理完毕后在20t千斤顶的支顶力作用下,导叶向上的位移仅在0.12~0.15mm之间。
The unit 2 of pushihe pumped storage power was discovered that the floating phenomenon existed in the guide vanes, the top wear plates were grinded by parts of the guide vane, and the clearance between the upper and the lower end of the parts of guide vanes also did not meet the requirements during the repair of C on June 6,2017. Based on the dismantling and scene analysis with 4,5,6, 9, 10, and 19 of guide vane thrust device, the cause of the problem has been determined and the solution has been set out. When the grinding guide vane, the grinding top wear plates and thrust device has completed, the upward displacement of the guide vane was only between 0.12 and 0.15ram under the force of a 20 ton jack.
