摘要
混流式水轮机尾水管压力脉动是反映水轮机水力稳定性的重要指标之一,本文结合某机组升水位试验,分析了某巨型混流式水轮机在不同负荷下,尾水管压力脉动与振动稳定性的相关关系,揭示采用尾水管压力脉动ΔH/H或ΔH判断原型水轮机的振动稳定性的局限性,在此基础上,提出了某电站混流式水轮机,在不同水头和负荷区域分别制定ΔH/H允许值的压力脉动评价方法。本文的研究可为我国众多水头变幅范围大的混流式水轮机压力脉动验收与评价提供技术参考。
The pressure fluctuation of the draft tube of Francis turbine is one of the most important indexes to reflect the hydraulic stability of the turbine. In this paper, the correlation between the pressure fluctuation and the vibration stability of a large Francis turbine under different loads is analyzed and the pressure fluctuation △H/H or △Hof the draft tube is revealed to determines the limitation of the vibration stability of the prototype turbine. On this basis, a method for evaluating the pressure fluctuation of a Francis turbine in a power station with the allowable value of the △H/H in different head and load regions is proposed. The research in this paper can provide technical reference for pressure fluctuation acceptance and evaluation of a price of Large Francis turbines with large water head range.
