摘要
目的:探索疏肝解郁胶囊对抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者疗效。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年2月石家庄市第八医院收治的抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者98例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组应用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组应用疏肝解郁胶囊治疗。应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMA)对治疗前后2组患者抑郁情况进行评价,应用匹兹堡睡眠质量评价指数(PSQI)对患者睡眠质量进行评价,统计患者治疗期间头晕、心慌、腹泻、口干等不良反应,计算不良反应总发生率。结果:2组患者治疗前HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组HAMD评分为(10.44±2.69)分,显著低于对照组(16.92±5.03)分,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组PSQI评分为(5.69±1.02)分,显著低于对照组(14.21±3.57)分,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间头晕、心慌、腹泻、口干等不良反应总发生率为2.04%,显著低于对照组不良反应总发生率14.29%,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝解郁胶囊能够显著改善抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者抑郁情况和睡眠质量,且头晕、心慌、腹泻、口干不良反应发生情况较少,适合临床推广。
Objective： To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule on patients with depression and sleep disorders. Methods： From February 2016 to February 2018,98 patients with depression and sleep disorder were selected and divided into control group（ n = 49） and observation group（ n = 49）. The control group was treated with paroxetine and the observation group with Shugan Jieyu capsule. Hamilton Depression scale（ HAMA） was used to evaluate the depression in the two groups before and after treatment,and Pittsburgh Sleep quality Assessment Index（ PSQI） was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the patients. The total incidence of adverse reactions such as dry mouth was calculated. Results：There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the HAMD score of the observation group was（ 10. 44 ± 2. 69） scores after treatment,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 16. 92 ± 5. 03）,and the data were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the PSQI score of the observation group was（ 5. 69 ± 1. 02） scores after treatment,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 14. 21 ± 3. 57）,and the data were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,palpitation,diarrhea and dry mouth during the treatment of the observation group was 2. 04%,which was significantly lower than the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group（ 14. 29%）,and the data were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The capsule of Shugan Jieyu can significantly improve the depression and sleep quality of the patients with depression and sleep disorder,and the adverse reaction of dizziness,panic,diarrhea and dry mouth is less. It is suitable for clinical popularization.
