摘要
目的:研究集束化护理措施预防血浆置换导管相关性感染的临床价值。方法:选择笔者所在医院2012年4月-2017年4月收治的80例需要进行血浆置换的患者作为本次研究病例,采用计算机表法分组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行集束化护理,对比分析两组患者的相关性感染率与异常出血发生率。结果:对照组的导管相关性感染率为20.00%,异常出血率为30.00%,研究组的导管相关性感染率为2.50%,异常出血率为7.50%,研究组导管相关性感染率和异常出血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(字2=6.134 6、6.646 2,P<0.05)。结论:对行血浆置换治疗的患者应用集束化护理措施的效果明显,能够有效降低患者的异常出血发生率与导管相关性感染率,价值显著,值得应用。
Objective：To study the clinical value of clustering nursing measures in preventing plasma exchange catheter-related infection.Method：A total of 80 patients undergoing plasmapheresis for treatment were selected in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2017 as the study objects,and grouped by the computer table method,40 cases in each group.The group was given routine care,and the study group was treated with bundled nursing.The incidence of related infections and abnormal bleeding were compared between the two groups of patients.Result：The catheter-related infection rate in the control group was 20.00%,and the abnormal bleeding rate was 30.00%.The catheter-related infection rate in the study group was 2.50%,and the abnormal bleeding rate was 7.50%.The catheter-related infection rate and abnormal bleeding rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ χ^2=6.134 6,6.646 2,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The use of clustering nursing measures for patients undergoing plasmapheresis treatment has obvious effects,and can effectively reduce the incidence of abnormal bleeding and catheter-related infections.The value is significant and worthy of application.
