摘要
目的了解2007—2016年澳门特区居民自杀情况和变化趋势。方法利用澳门特区统计暨普查局人口统计及卫生局伤害监测数据进行回顾性分析。对自杀死亡率和死因构成比进行时间趋势分析。对不同性别、不同年龄层的自杀率和自杀死因构成比进行卡方检验。结果 2007—2016年澳门特区自杀死亡总数是555例,这期间澳门特区自杀死亡率和自杀死因构成比呈下降趋势。61.67%以上的自杀死亡者是男性,且男性的平均自杀死亡率高于女性(13.42/10～5 vs.6.06/10～5),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。男性(γ=-0.20,P<0.05)和女性(γ=-0.42,P<0.05)的自杀死亡率呈下降趋势。78.33%以上自杀死亡者为65岁以下,但80岁或以上老年人自杀死亡率最高,不同年龄组自杀死亡率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。40岁以下人群自杀死因构成比最高,不同年龄组自杀死因构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论澳门特区相关部门需重视自杀的预防,且预防控制的重点为男性和老年人。
Objective To describe the epidemiology and trend of suicide in Macan special administrative region from 2007 to 2016. Methods We conducted a retrospective study using data from demographic statistics of Statistics and Census Bureau and injury surveillance statistics of Health Bureau. Analysis on the time trends of suicide mortality rate and proportion of suicide. Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences of suicide mortality rate and proportion of suicide. Results From 2007 to 2016, a total of 555 people died of suicide in Macao special administrative region. The mortality rate and the proportion in suicides declined recently. More than 61.67% of suicide deaths occurred in male. Suicide mortality rate was significantly higher in males than in females （13.42/10^5 vs. 6.06/10^5, P〈0.001）; suicide mortality of male （γ=-0.20, P〈0.05） and female （γ=-0.42, P〈0.05） declined gradually over year. More than 78.33% of suicide deaths occurred in people under 65 years old. The suicide mortality rate was highest among people aged 80 years old and above. The proportion of suicide was highest among people younger than 40 years old. Both suicide mortality and proportion significantly varied across age groups. Conclusions Related departments in Macao special administrative region should pay attention to the prevention of suicide, Males, and the elderly should be targeted in suicide prevention.
