摘要
目的:观察参芎葡萄糖注射液结合康复治疗脑梗死对患者神经功能缺损及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:随机选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年1月接收的76例脑梗死患者为本次研究对象,在征得患者家属及患者本人同意的情况下将所有患者按照随机原则分为试验组(38例:参芎葡萄糖注射液结合康复训练)与对照组(38例:单纯给予康复训练)。结果:试验组患者治疗3个月后神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分与日常生活活动能力(Barthel)评分均优于对照组,试验组患者治疗1周后血小板聚集率、全血黏度、C反应蛋白含量均明显优于对照组,两组患者各项数据比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑梗死患者给予参芎葡萄糖注射液结合康复训练可有效提高患者日常生活活动能力,促进神经功能的恢复。
Objective：To observe the effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection combined with rehabilitation on neurological deficits and activities of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction.Method：A total of 76 patients with cerebral infarction were selected randomly in the author,s hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 as the subject of this study.In the case of patients＇ family members and patients＇ consent,all the patients were divided into experimental group （38 cases：Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection combined with rehabilitation training） and control group （38 cases：simple administration）.Result：After 3 months of treatment in the experimental group,the scores of nerve function defect （NIHSS） and daily living activity （Barthel） were superior to those of the control group.The platelet aggregation rate,whole blood viscosity and C reactive protein content in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group after 1 week of treatment.The differences in the data of the two groups were statistically significant. Learning meaning （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combined rehabilitation training of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection in patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the daily living ability of patients and promote the recovery of nerve function.
