摘要
本项目设计的混料罐控制系统采用三台PLC,基于CC-Link网络通信协议,将一台PLC作为主站,其余作为从站的控制模式,用于实现两种液体自动混合、搅拌、加热和放料系统的硬件组成,软件设计等。同时利用MCGS触摸屏进行监控,模拟显示并实时监控自动混料系统的全部工作过程。
The mixing tank control system designed in this project adopts three PLCS based on the CC-Link protocols and takes one PLC as the master station and the rest as the control mode of the slave station, which is used to realize the hardware composition and software design of the automatic mixing, stirring, heating and discharging systems of two liquids. At the same time, MCGS touch screen is used for monitoring, which simulates and monitors all working process of automatic mixture system in real time.
