超薄碳纤维预浸料制备复合材料力学性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 对超薄预浸料制备的复合材料在不同环境条件下,如室温干态、低温干态、高温湿态,进行了拉伸、压缩、剪切和短梁弯曲力学性能试验研究,并将其与常规预浸料制备的复合材料进行了对比分析.研究表明,超薄预浸料制备的复合材料综合力学性能略低于常规预浸料制备的复合材料,其分散性较高,制备工艺有待改进,但在铺层数较少时其综合力学性能更优,具有在飞行器较小厚度区应用的前景.同时,对超薄预浸料制备复合材料的典型铺层A、B的拉伸、压缩和面内剪切试验进行了仿真分析,并以多目标优化方法进行修正和反演,仿真结果与试验数据吻合良好. The mechanical properties of ultrathin carbon fiber laminated composites in different environment conditions(RTD, CTD, ETW) for tension, compact, shearing and short beam flexural experiments are studied. And then a comparative analysis of this kind of composites with the regular prereg preparation of laminated composites is done. It shows that ultrathin carbon fiber laminated composites' mechanic properties are little worse than those of the regular carbon fiber laminated composites and their dispersibility is higher, and their preparation technique needs to be improved. But their comprehensive mechanic properties are better with few-er layers. Therefore, this kind of material can be applied in the aircraft with smaller thickness. And the simu-lation analysis of the tension, compact and shearing experiment of the ultrathin carbon fiber laminated composites typical layup A, B is done. Meanwhile, the amendments and inversion are also done by muhi-objective optimization method. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
