摘要
为了减小冻融循环对再生混凝土的影响,提高再生混凝土在严寒地区的使用,系统地探索了玄武岩纤维丝、截面形式、再生骨料配合比及纤维布加固方式等变量的不同对再生混凝土力学性能的影响程度.试验结果表明:掺加玄武岩纤维丝以及截面形式对再生混凝土力学性能有一定影响,但经历冻融循环使得再生混凝土力学性能大幅度降低;纤维加固可以将冻融后再生混凝土的力学性能大幅提高,但不同的加固方式提高程度略有差异.同时,针对相关情况提出了相应的优化加固方案.
The different influence of the cellosilk of the basalt, the section form, the replacement rate of re-cycled concrete, and the reinforcement of FRP on the mechanical property of the recycled concrete is sys-tematically investigated in order to weaken the influence of freeze-thaw cycle on recycled concrete and ame-liorate the durability of recycled concrete in cold regions. The experimental result shows that the adultera-tion of the cellosilk of the basalt and the section form both have certain influence on the mechanical proper-ty of the recycled concrete. However, the strength of recycled concrete without FRP reinforcement is signifi-cantly reduced by freeze-thaw cycle. Surprisingly, FRP reinforcement can improve the ultimate strength of the mechanical property of the recycled concrete. The enhancement of the strength varies depending on dif-ferent reinforcement methods. The paper puts forward an optimized reinforcement plan based on a systematic research.
