摘要 目的通过分析临床技能竞赛中成绩的影响因素,探讨参赛队成绩的科学性。方法利用第八届全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛总决赛中的次序、比赛成绩,采用SPSS软件分析成绩与轮次及赛道的关系、初赛成绩与决赛成绩的相关性、成绩与学校类别的相关性等内容。结果游程检验表明该项比赛赛程次序安排科学、合理;方差分析结果显示出场顺序基本不影响成绩,裁判打分基本公正稳定;各参赛队发挥较为稳定,但有一定程度的波动,学校类别与成绩无关。相关性分析结果显示,初赛成绩与后续阶段的成绩有一定的相关性。结论应进一步加强医学生心理素质的培养,加强裁判员队伍的建设,提高各类高校主观能动性的发挥。 Objective To explore the scientificity of the team performance by analyzing the influencing factors of the scores in clinical skill contest. Methods The competition scores and arranging ranks of the Eighth National College Students Clinical Skills final competition were used as data. SPSS software was used to analyze the relationship helween scores and the competition track, the relationship helween the results of the preliminai-/and the final results and thecorrelation between the results and the school category were analyzed. Results The run test showed that the attending sequence of the competition was scientific and reasonable, and the result of analysis of variance showed that the order of play was not affected scores. The referees were basically fair and their ratings were stable. And the teams played a more stable but certain fluctuation, and the school rating had no affection to the results. Correlation analysis results showed that preliminary results and subsequent stage results have a certain correlation. Conclusion The cultivation of medical students' psychological quality should be further strengthened. The construction of the referee team should be strengthened. And the subjective initiative of colleges and universities should be improved.
