摘要
新时期高校转型背景下,教师考核成为高校改革的关键内容。黑河学院为地方高校的一员,在专业教学考评中,将定量指标和定性指标相结合,建立特色的地方高校考核评价体系和新颖的教师考核突变模型,以此确定高校教师考核体系的指标及准确的考核等级。
Under the background of the transformation for institutions of higher learning in the new period, teacher assessment has become the key content of college reform. As one representative member among local colleges, Heihe University combines quantitative indicators with qualitative indicators in the professional teaching evaluation, establishes the featured assessment system for local universities and a novel catastrophe model for teacher assessment, and thus determines the index of assessment system and the accurate assessment grade.
