摘要
核心价值观的培育需要一个长期的过程,同时也是一个系统性工程。在大中小学不同的学龄段,根据学生生理和心理发育特点,循序渐进的、有针对性的进行核心价值观的培育十分必要。一体化推进是指为实现核心价值观培育的统一目标,教育行政部门制定的各项政策,教育机构所采取的各项措施,教学单位制定的教学文件,教师的教育思想、教学理念必须协调一致,决不能相互矛盾,体现的是政策、措施的连续性、协同性。贯通式培育是指在大中小学各个发展阶段,对学生社会主义核心价值观培育的渗透性、衔接性。
The cultivation of core values requires a long-term process, and it is a systematic project. In this case, it is necessary to cultivate core values step by step according to the physiological and psychological development characteristics of the students at different age groups. Integrated promotion means to achieve the unity goal of realizing the core values, and there must be coordination among the policies enacted by the administrative department of education, the measures adopted by education institutions, the teaching files enacted by teaching departments, and the education ideas and teaching concepts of the teacher. All the above things must not be contradicted each other, but refecting the continuity and cooperativity of policies and measures. Integrated cultivation thus refers to the infltration and cohesion of cultivating students’ socialist core values in all development stages of primary and secondary schools.
