右美托咪定复合帕瑞昔布钠对老年患者开腹手术术后认知功能的影响被引量：2

摘要老年患者（年龄〉60岁）在外科手术后易出现中枢神经系统并发症,即术后认知功能障碍（postoper-ative cognitive dysfunction,POCD）[1],但其病因尚不完全清楚,手术麻醉所致应激和炎症反应可能是引起POCD原因之一[2]。如何预防和减少POCD发生一直是麻醉工作者关心的问题。右美托咪定是一种α2肾上素能受体激动剂[3],帕瑞昔布钠则是一种环氧化酶-2抑制药[4]。
