高功率因数小功率单相正弦变频电源设计

摘要 单相正弦变频电源通常采用单相交流电源经整流电路及桥式逆变实现;针对整流电路会产生严重畸变的非正弦电流,谐波电流对电网有危害作用,输入端功率因数下降的问题;提出基于UCC28019的功率因数校正电路、PIC单片机主控制器、死区电路、H桥驱动等,实现步进为1 Hz,频率范围为1-50 Hz的单相正弦变频电源输出;可消除电流谐波和提高功率因数,工程上有较高的实用性. Single-phase sinusoidal variable frequency power supply usually adopts single-phase AC power supply through rectifier circuit and bridge inverter. The rectifier circuit will produce severely distorted non-sinusoidal currents, harmonic currents are harmful to the power grid, and the power factor at the input is reduced. UCC28019-based power factor correction circuit, PIC MCU controller, dead-time circuit, H-bridge drive, etc., to achieve single-phase sinusoidal variable frequency power supply output with 1Hz stepping and frequency range of 1-50 Hz. Current harmonics can be eliminated and improved Power factor and its effect was good.
