摘要
目的:探究早期康复护理干预对急性脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年12月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的急性脑梗死患者116例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组58例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施早期康复护理干预,观察2组患者护理干预后的临床效果。结果:护理干预后,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肢体功能障碍改善情况明显优于对照组,且观察组患者睡眠质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者应用早期康复护理干预不仅能够减轻其肢体功能障碍,还能改善其睡眠状况,提高护理满意度,促进医患关系和患者预后。
Objective： To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb dysfunction and sleep status in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： Bengbu Third People′s Hospital Emergency Ward between January 2017 and December 2017 during the period of 116 patients with acute cerebral infarction,according to random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,58 cases,control group given routine nursing care,observation group of early rehabilitation nursing intervention,to observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients after nursing intervention. Results： After nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）.Limb dysfunction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction can not only reduce the limb dysfunction,can also improve their sleep,improve nursing satisfaction,promote the doctor-patient relationship and the prognosis of patients.
