摘要
目的研究他汀类药物相关肌肉系统损害在中国人群中的规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以"他汀"、"肌病"为关键词,检索中国知网全文数据库,根据纳入、排除标准对文献进行数据提取和分析。结果共纳入34篇文献,302例病例。辛伐他汀病例最多。共涉及8类严重药物相互作用。结论应合理选用他汀类药物,警惕药物相互作用并做好相关肌肉系统损害的处理和预防。
Objective To provide references for rational medication through analyzing the characteristics of statin-induced muscular system disorders. Methods ＂Statin＂ and ＂myopathy＂ were used as keywords to search articles in CNKI database, then they were analyzed according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results A total of 34 articles were included, involving 302 cases. Simvastatin was the most common drug reported with myopathy. Eight kinds of drug-drug interaction were found. Conclusion It is important to choose proper statin and monitor drug interaction.More attention should be paid to treatment and prophylaxis of statin-induced muscular system disorders.
