摘要
普通本科院校向应用型本科院校转型,其实质是要求各专业紧密结合地方与行业特色,注重学生实践能力,培养应用型人才。经过几届的应用型工程卓越试点与专业工程硕士人才培养,探索出适用应用型本科化学专业"四位一体"实践教学模式、校企合作"订单式"人才培养模式、"四段式"渐进顶岗等各具专业(群)特点的人才培养模式。
The essence for the transformation of general and undergraduate colleges universities to the application-oriented undergraduate institutions is to have professionalism closely unite with local and industrial specialties, with much-emphasis on the practical skill of students and the training of application-oriented talents. After several years of trial for excellent engineers specialty, and professional masters in chemistry, we have established a suitable teaching mode of “Four-in-One” practice for school-enterprise collaboration: train-to-order talent training mode, four-stage progressive professionalism for individual (group) training mode, etc.
