摘要
目的:探讨微调式精密过滤输液器在神经外科气管切开非机械通气患者中的应用方法与效果。方法:将50例气管切开非机械通气患者按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各25例。观察组采用一次性微调式精密过滤输液器持续将湿化液滴入雾化杯内进行气道湿化的方法,对照组采用注射器间断向雾化杯内加入湿化液进行气道湿化的方法。比较两组气道湿化护理工时、湿化费用、痰液黏稠度、温湿度、发生肺不张例数与好转天数情况。结果:在气道湿化护理工时、痰液黏稠度、相对湿度方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组湿化费用高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用一次性微调式精密过滤输液器持续雾化湿化效果好,可用于神经外科气管切开非机械通气患者的气道湿化过程中。
Objective: To explore the application method and effect of micro-adjusted and precise filtration infusion setting in patients with tracheotomy without mechanical ventilation in neurosurgery. Methods: 50 cases of tracheotomy without mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group. The observation group used a one-time micro-adjusted and precise filtration infusion setting to continuously wet the droplets into the atomization cup for airway humidification. The control group used a syringe to intermittently adding a humidification solution to the atomization cup for airway humidification. The working hours,humidification cost,sputum viscosity,temperature and humidity,atelectasis cases and improvement days were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of working hours,sputum viscosity and relative humidity( P〈0. 05),and the observation group was higher in humidification cost than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The use of one-time micro-adjusted and precise filtration infusion setting has a good effect of continuous atomization and humidification,and can be used in the airway humidification process of a neurosurgical tracheotomy for non-mechanical ventilation patients.
