摘要 为了启发和引导设计者在裁剪过程中有效地利用资源,加速系统理想化进程,针对现有裁剪方法由于盲目性和不连贯性出现的效率低和方案获取受到限制等缺点,提出了基于理想化分析的递进式裁剪方法。首先基于理想化分析方法确定出裁剪元件,然后从裁剪该元件开始,构建出了一种系统全面的有用功能分配方法。该方法先对单元件进行裁剪,后扩展到对冲突区域进行裁剪,即系统进行递进式裁剪,能够试验出不同层次的裁剪方案。最后以售粮机的设计与改进为例,应用基于该方法开发的计算机辅助裁剪软件,完成了售粮机递进式裁剪过程。 In order to inspire and guide designers to make full use of resources in the process of trimming and accelerate the ideal process of the system, in view of such shortcomings as low efficiency and scheme limitations due to blindness and discontinuities of the existing trimming method, a progressive trimming method based on the ideality analysis is proposed.Firstly, based on the ideality analysis, determine the trimming elements. Secondly, based on the trimming elements, construct a kind of theory of useful-functional allocation, which is systematic and comprehensive. By means of the method, first trim the unit element, and then trim the conflict areas(progressive trimming). Based on this, trimming solutions at the different levels can be tested. Finally, taking the innovative design of the grain-selling machine as a example, the computer-aided innovation trimming software based on this method is employed, so as to complete the progressive trimming process of the grain-selling machine.
