摘要
文章利用中国微观企业数据,分析、检验了要素市场扭曲对企业OFDI的平均效应及其异质性特征,并使用离散时间生存模型考察要素市场扭曲对企业OFDI相关存续时间的影响。结果发现,要素市场扭曲与企业OFDI之间呈正相关关系,即要素市场扭曲促进了企业OFDI;异质性特征检验说明要素市场扭曲更倾向于促进非国有企业和高效率企业前往高治理水平东道国进行OFDI;进一步地,要素市场扭曲显著缩短了企业的OFDI准备时间和持续时间,这表明要素市场扭曲在促进企业进行OFDI的同时,受其驱动的企业可能不具备较强的国外"生存"能力。
In this paper,we use the micro-enterprise data of China to analyze and test the average effect and heterogeneity of Factor Market Distortions on firm OFDI,and use the Discrete Time Survival Model to examine the impact of Factor Market Distortions on the OFDI related survival time. It is found that there is a positive correlation between Factor Market Distortion and enterprise OFDI,that is,Factor Market Distortion promotes enterprise OFDI. The heterogeneity characteristics test shows that the Factor Market Distortion is more likely to promote non state owned firms and high efficiency firms to go to the high level of the host countries for OFDI. Further,the Factor Market Distortions significantly shortened the preparation time and duration of firm OFDI,which indicates that the Factor Market Distortion in the promotion of firm OFDI at the same time,driven by the OFDI firms may not have a strong " survival" ability in foreign countries. The conclusion of this paper may provide a new explanation for " Chinese firms' productivity paradox in going globally",and provide a new basis for speeding up the process of marketization in China.
