摘要
研制了溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)门尼黏度国家标准物质,并进行了定值和不确定度的评定,采用偏态系数和峰态系数、拉依达准则、科克伦法分别检验了定值结果的正态分布、可疑值和等精度。结果表明,研制的BIIR门尼黏度国家标准物质,在0.01的置信水平时,BIIR门尼黏度标准物质门尼黏度ML(1+4)100℃、ML(1+8)100℃、ML(1+4)125℃、ML(1+8)125℃的定值分别为52.4、49.7、37.2和34.2,标准值分别为52.4±0.7、49.7±0.6、37.2±0.7和34.2±0.6,BIIR门尼黏度标准物质定值结果为正态分布,无可疑值,等精度。
Abstract: Brominated butyl rubber (BIIR) Moo- ney viscosity reference material was successfully pre pared, and it was definite valued and evaluated uncer tainty. The skewness coefficient and kurtosis coeffi cient, Pauta criterion, Cochrane method were applied to test the normal distribution, dubious value, preci sion of fixed value. The results showed that in equal precision at 0. 01 confidence level, the definite values of BIIR of ML(1 +4) 100 ℃, ML(1 + 8) 100 ℃ML(1 +4)125 ℃ and ML(1 + 8) 125 ℃ were 52.4, 49.7, 37.2 and 34.2, the standard values were 52.4+ 0.7, 49.7 + 0.6, 37.2 + 0.7 and 34.2 + 0.6 respectively. The data of BIIR Mooney viscosity certified reference material were in normal distribution, no doubtful value and equal precision.
