摘要
对有机化学实验"苯乙酮的制备"的实验方法进行了改进。在后处理过程中,用滴加冰水混合物并加以搅拌来代替用盐酸处理。在萃取过程中,采用乙酸乙酯代替苯。在纯化过程中,采用快速柱层析来代替减压蒸馏。改进后的方法能减少有毒试剂的使用,降低了对环境的污染,提高了学生的动手能力。
The preparation methods of acetophenone in organic chemistry experiment were improved. During the after-treatment, adding ice-water mixture together with stirring replaced adding hydrochloric acid. During the extraction process, ethyl acetate replaced poisonous ben- zene. During the purification process, flash chromatography replaced distillation under reduced pressure. The improvement can reduce the usage of poisonous reagent and environmental pollu- tion, and enhance students' manipulative ability and experiment skill.
