摘要
目的探析预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年12月在我院进行口腔修复的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,其中对照组患者给予金属桩完成口腔修复,观察组患者则给予可塑纤维桩或预成纤维桩完成口腔修复。比较两组患者口腔修复的成功率以及患者的治疗满意度。结果随访结果显示,对照组中达到修复成功标准的患者数量为31例,成功率为77.50%(31/40);而观察组患者的修复成功率高达95.00%(38/40),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.165,P <0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床上利用预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩进行口腔修复,不仅能够显著提高患者的修复成功率,而且也显著提高患者的治疗满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of prefabricated fiber posts or plastic fiber posts in prosthodonties. Methods Eighty eases of oral prosthodonties in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects, and all them were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number method, 40 eases in each group. The patients in the control group were given metal piles to complete oral rehabilitation, the patients in the observation group were given plastic fiber posts or prefabricated fiber posts to complete the prosthodonties. The success rate of oral repair and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The results of follow up showed that the number of patients who reached the standard of repair success in the control group was 31 eases, the success rate was 77.50%(31/40), and the repair success rate in the observation group was 95.00% (38/40), and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.165, P=0.023). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%), the difference was statistically signifieant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical use of prefabricated fiber posts or plastic fiber posts for oral repair can not only significantly improve the rate of patients' repair success rate, but also significantly improve the patients' treatment satisfaction.
