铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过晶间腐蚀和剥层腐蚀试验,结合扫描显微镜(SEM)的微观形貌分析和腐蚀坑检测技术,研究了2024铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀行为。结果表明,搅拌摩擦焊对铝合金的晶间腐蚀和剥蚀性能影响较小,搅拌摩擦焊接头对剥落腐蚀浸泡温度极其敏感。试验测得晶间腐蚀坑的最大深度分别为:铝合金母材0. 05604mm、焊接件母材区0. 04468mm、焊接件热影响区0. 05909mm、焊接件焊缝区0. 0261mm,由此可确定焊接件各个区域的腐蚀等级。 According to the tests of intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion, the intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion of friction stir welded joints of 2024-T351 aluminium alloy used integral panel are investigated by SEM technology. The results show that the effect of friction stir welded joints on intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion of aluminium alloy is dinky, but the effect of marination temperatures of exfoliation corrosion on corrosion degree of the welding line zone is biggish. The most depths of intergranular corrosion hole are 0. 05604mm (aluminium alloy material), 0. 04468mm (the matfi-matefial zone), 0. 05909mm (the heat affected zone) and 0. 0261ram (the welding line zone). The corrosion grades of the samples are confirmed by the most depths of intergranular corrosion hole.
