郭文红老师的专业成长,经历了从刚入职的新老师到年轻的"奥数金牌教练",从卓有成效的只抓分数到寓教于乐的全面育人,从关爱每一个孩子到影响每一个家庭,其中"超越自己"的理念贯穿于全过程。这不仅仅是教育眼光的拓展,更是教育实践的深化和教育智慧的累积。教师成长之路,就是坚持不懈的学习之路。
Ms. Guo’s professional growth goes through changes from a novice teacher to a young Olympiad gold medal coach, from only focusing on students’ scores to all-around education with entertainment, and from caring for every student to affecting every family, in which the idea of “transcending herself” runs through the whole process. What she has achieved helps her broaden her horizons of education as well as deepen her educational practice and accumulate educational wisdom. To sum up, the way for teachers to grow is the way to learn persistently.
