摘要
为了实现对容腔缓冲调压装置的有效控制,设计了一种基于可编程自动控制器(PAC)的压力实时调节控制系统,通过对进气和排气电磁阀的开关控制,动态调节缓冲容腔内的压力,从而保证稳定可靠的压力输出。介绍了调压控制系统的组成及其特点,结合控制需求和相应的软件,开发了下位机控制程序和上位机监控界面。经多次试验,验证了调压控制系统对压力良好的控制效果,证明了这种容腔缓冲调压策略的可行性和控制系统的有效性。同时,也为后续的调压控制研究提供了良好的软硬件平台。
A real-time pressure comtrol system based on PAC( Programmable Automation Controller)controller is designed to effectively control a self-regulating pressure by cushioning chamber. By switching the inlet valve and outlet valves, the pressure inside the chamber is dynamically adjusted to keep a stable and reliabe pressure output. The structure and feature of this system were introduced. The slave machine control program and the master computer monitoring interface were developed in combination with the control demands and correspond- ing software. Many experiments indicate favorable pefformance and effectiveness of the system and feasibility of the pressure regulating policy to the cushioning chamber. This method provides a nice software and hardware platform for the subsequent research on pressure regulation.
