摘要
预制箱梁工厂的建设布局及生产工艺对箱梁工厂产能及产品质量具有重要影响。以实际工程为例,从预制箱梁工厂的选址、产能规划、总体布局、交通设计、水电规划、预制区域设计、机械配置、工艺规划八个方面进行了总结分析。
The layout and production process have important influences on the capacity and product quality of prefabricated factory of box girder. Based on the project example,the site selection,productivity planning,general layout, traffic design, hydropower planning,design of prefabricated area,machine arrangement and process planning of prefabricated factory are summarized and analyzed.
