摘要
文章总结了国内法与国际劳动标准的差异,并提出了国内法对国际劳工标准的进一步吸纳的方向,为积极探索国际劳工标准的内化,缩小国内法与国际标准的差距,尽早消除在国际贸易谈判中的不利因素提供了参考依据.
The paper summarizes the differences between domestic law and international labor standards,and puts forward thedirection of further absorption of international labor standards by domestic law,which providesa reference for actively exploring theinternalization of international labor standards,narrowing the gap between domestic law and international standards,and eliminatingthe unfavorable factors in international trade negotiations as soon as possible.
