摘要
卫星地球站业务演练系统提出业务演练平台的设计构想,设计了模拟卫星通信上行链路与下行链路,分析工作原理并遵循链路设计图完成模拟主播子系统、模拟备播子系统、模拟网络控制子系统、模拟监测子系统和模拟业务仿真演练子系统的建设,刨造性的提出采用模拟卫星实现大功率上行信号的接收与转发下行,并对系统进行性能测试以投入使用,使其能够完全仿真卫星地球站的工作系统并模拟出种种干扰故障,为一线工作人员提供了提升应急处置水平的学习演练平台。
The satellite earth station business exmvise system puts forward the design concept of the business exercise system,designs the uplink and downlink of satellite communication,according to the system working link diagram, the paper establishes the simulated subsystems of primary broadcast station, standby broadcast station, network control, monitor, and simulation practice, tests such subsystems, and verifies their workability. It realizes the high power signal receiving and forwarding by using analog transponder, to simulate the working system of the satellite earth station and several interfernces, which provides frontline operators a learning and practice platfoml to improve their emergency response capability.
