摘要 为了节省手套箱开发时间并保证设计的稳健性,该文分析了多款手套箱,通过分解手套箱子零件,把主要性能要求与子零件的技术特征对应起来,将部分子零件数据标准化,根据车型需要选择相应的子零件,使开发者在项目初期就能迅速制定技术方案,开发中不需要开软模做设计验证,极大地缩短了试制和验证零件的时间。通过项目验证,该方案切实可行,能够保证在不需要开软模的情况下,使手套箱的性能满足国家和子系统的试验要求,极大地节省了手套箱的开发时间和费用。 In order to save the development time of glove box and ensure the robustness of design, this paper analyzes several glove boxes. By decomposing the parts of glove box, the main performance requirements are corresponded with the technical features of the sub-parts, the data of some sub-parts are standardized, and the cmxesponding sub-parts are selected according to vehicle type, so that the developer can formulate the technical scheme quickly at the beginning of the project, and no soft mold opening is needed to do design verification in the development, which greatly shortens the time for trial-manufacture and verification of parts. The project proves that the scheme is feasible and can ensure that the performance of glove box can meet the test requirements of the state and subsystems without the need for soft mold opening, which greatly saves the development time and cost of glove boxes.
