摘要
目的:观察骨折治疗联合运动康复一体化治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:选取88例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,按照区组随机化法将其分为观察组与对照组,各44例,对照组接受防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)骨折手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合运动康复治疗,比较治疗前后两组疼痛程度、髋关节功能、临床疗效、并发症及后遗症发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)及Harris髋关节功能评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90.9%(40/44),对照组治疗总有效率为70.5%(31/44),观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症、后遗症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨折治疗联合运动康复一体化治疗股骨粗隆间骨折能够快速缓解疼痛,在患者康复中有积极作用,可预防并发症发生。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of integrated fracture treatment combined with exercise rehabilitation in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur. Methods: 88 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the block randomization method, 44 cases in each group. The control group received proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA) surgery, while the observation group was given the exercise rehabilitation therapy on the basis of that of the control group. The pain level, hip function, clinical efficacy, complications and sequelae were compare between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: After the treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) and Harris hip function scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group ( P 〈0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.9% (40/44), significantly higher than that of the control group [70.5% (31/44)] ( P 〈0.05). Further, the incidence rates of the complications and sequelae in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusions: The integrated fracture treatment combined with exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures can quickly relieve pain, and has a positive effect in the rehabilitation of the patients, and can prevent complications.
