四种添加剂对黄颡鱼生长、消化与抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:17

Effects of four kinds of additives on growth performance, digestion and antioxidant ability of yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)

摘要 研究旨在探讨姜黄素、壳聚糖、VC及VB2这四种添加剂对黄颡鱼生长、消化与抗氧化能力的影响。选取初始体重为(56.67±10.75) g,初始体长为(15.86±1.23) cm雄性黄颡鱼共1 050尾,随机分养于21个养殖箱中,每箱50尾。试验共分7组,分别为对照组(T1)、姜黄素组(T2)、壳聚糖组(T3)、VC+VB2组(T4)、低剂量配伍组(T5)、中剂量配伍组(T6)、高剂量配伍组(T7),养殖试验周期60 d。结果表明,四种添加剂及其不同比例的配伍可以不同程度地降低饲料系数,提高增重率、特定增长率、蛋白质效率及存活率,其中T6组效果最好,T7组次之;各试验组肠道脂肪酶活力均不同程度高于T1组,其中T6组酶活力最高(P<0.05);肠道蛋白酶活力最高值出现在T6组(P<0.05);前肠和后肠淀粉酶活力最高值均出现在T6组,活力分别是对照组的4.58倍和5.02倍(P<0.05),T7组中肠淀粉酶活力最高(P<0.05),T6组活力次之(P<0.05);四种添加剂及其配伍对不同组织抗氧化酶的活力均有不同程度地提高,其中T6组组织中SOD、CAT、GSH和GSH-Px活力最高,且MDA含量下降也最为明显。综合生长、消化和抗氧化能力三个方面,最适水平为T6组,即饲料中添加姜黄素150 mg/kg、壳聚糖4 500 mg/kg、VC 709 mg/kg(总量1 409 mg/kg)、VB2 40 mg/kg(总量72 mg/kg)。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of curcumin, chitosan, VC and VB2 on growth performance, digestion and antioxidant capacity in yellow catfish. A total of 1 050 male yellow catfish [initial body weight: (56.67±10.75) g, initial body length: (15.86±1.23) cm] were randomly se- lected and cultured in 21 breeding box, 50 fish per box. The fish were divided into 7 groups: control group (T1), curcumin group (T2), chitosan group (T3), VC +VB2 group (T4), low dose compatibility group (T5), middle dose compatibility group (T6), high dose compatibility group (T7), and the trial last- ed for 8 weeks. The results showed that the four additives and their compatibility in different propor- tions can reduce the feed coefficient to varying degrees, and increase the rate of weight gain, specific growth rate, protein efficiency and survival rate, and the T6 group had the best effect, followed by the T7 group; Intestinal lipase activity in each experimental group was increased to vary- ing degrees compared with T1 group, of which T6 group had the highest intestinal lipase activi- ty (P〈0.05); The highest value of intestinal prote- ase activity appeared in T6 group (P〈0.05); The highest values of amylase activity in the foregut and hindgut were found in the T6 group, and the viability was 4.58 and 5.02 times of the control group, respectively (P〈0.05); The highest value of midgut amylase activity was in the compatibility group T7 group (P〈0.05), followed by the T6 group activity (P〈0.05); Four kinds of additives and their compatibility increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes in different tissues to varying degrees. The activities of SOD, CAT, GSH and GSH-Px in T6 group were the highest, and the content of MDA de- creased most remarkably.
