摘要
风电叶片是风力发电机组实现由风能转化成机械能的关键核心部件,且其大多工作在高海拔山区、沿海等特殊地理位置,常规的检查监测方法不容易实现且存在费用过高问题。若不能及时发现叶片运行状态的异常往往会带来巨大的经济损失,因此需要采用一种有效的监测手段。基于光纤传感技术的风电叶片运行状态监测系统可以满足风电运营安全对智能化叶片的要求,能够实时识别叶片的受载情况,同时对于恶劣天气带来的敷冰、动平衡以及叶片重点部位开裂也可以做到及时发现和处理,避免给机组带来灾难性后果。
Wind turbine blade is the key component of wind turbine conversion from wind energy to mechanical energy. It mostly works in high altitude mountain area, coastal area and other special geographical location. The conventional inspec-tion and monitoring method is not easy to realize and has the problem of high cost. The failure to find the abnormal condition of blade operation often brings huge economic loss, so it is necessary to adopt an effective monitoring method. It can identify load of the blade in real time, and can detect and deal with ice coating, dynamic balance and crack of key part of the blade in time, avoiding disastrous consequence to the turbine.
